Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Amanda works with children, adolescents, adults, and older clients, drawing on evidence-based and holistic methods together. She looks at mental health through psychological, social, and neurological angles, which helps her work through complex, layered cases. She builds a calm, steady space. That’s where the real work happens.
A Treatment Plan Built Around You
Amanda starts from a cognitive behavioral foundation: your thoughts shape your emotions and your behavior. From there, she draws on DBT, clinical hypnosis, behavioral analysis, and EMDR, choosing whichever combination fits what you’re dealing with. No client gets the same plan twice.
